Before joining the Federal Defenders, Annalisa Mirón worked as an attorney at the Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem and with the Criminal Justice Project of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Mirón received her M.A. in Law and Society from NYU Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and her J.D. from NYU School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She previously co-taught the Federal Defender Clinic at NYU School of Law.
